SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will ship by UPS ground or Priority Mail from our Wheeling, IL
warehouse within 2 business days. Please allow UPS at least 5 business days for delivery.
Orders received AFTER 12 noon (CST) will ship next business day.
On orders OVER $75.00 (before taxes and after any special discounts)
shipping in the Continental USA Ground by UPS or by Parcel Post is free.
On orders UNDER $75.00 ... a Shipping & Handling Charge of $8.00
for shipping by UPS Ground or Priority Mail in the Continental United States,
will be added to your order.
For orders shipping to AK and HI
Orders will ship by Priority Mail. The shipping charge will depend upon the weight and destination.
We do not ship to APO and FPO addresses.
If you need special handling for this order:
Note: Orders received after 12 noon (CST) will ship next business day,
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or other special instructions,
please indicate your instructions in the "Comment" section of the order form.
Shipping Charges for special services will be charge at the prevailing rate
and will be added to your order.
Orders to Canada ship via Postal Air Mail and will be charged at the prevailing postal air rates.
Orders shipping outside of the USA may be subject to local customs charges and clearing fees.
International Orders:
Effective January 1, 2005,
Micro Format can no longer ship orders for Imagination Gallery products outside of the USA.
Due to Federal Law and FAA Regulations
SuperCal® Kits, Last Step Decal Spray and Last Step Decal Coating
can only be shipped in the USA and must be shipped only by Ground Service.
The SuperCal Decal Product line is available worldwide
through our International Distributors.
For orders which ship to an Illinois address,
Illinois Sales Tax @9% will be added to the order total.
